Ethos
We aim to despatch all orders the same day as delivery when ordered before 2pm, orders placed after 2pm will be despatch the following working day. We despatch order from Monday to Friday , however no orders are despatched on Saturday or Sunday.

We use both the Royal Mail Products and Parcelforce Courier products as below
Royal Mail 1st Class ( 1-3 working day delivery )
Royal Mail Tracked ( 1-3 working day delivery with tracking and delivery confirmation )
Royal Mail Special Delivery ( Next working day delivery with tracking and signature confirmation )
Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am ( Next working day by 9am as above )
Royal Mail Airmail ( Overseas orders - Delivery times vary )
Parcelforce 48 hour ( 2 day delivery with tracking and signature confirmation )
Parcelforce 24 hour ( Next Working day delivery with tracking and signature confirmation )
Parcelforce 12 ( Next Working day delivery by 12noon as above )
Parcelforce 10 ( Next Working day delivery by 10am as above )
Parcelforce 9 ( Next Working day delivery by 9am as above )
Parcelforce Ireland ( Next Working day delivery with tracking and signature confirmation )
Parcelforce Euro ( Overseas orders - Delivery times vary )
All available options are displayed on the Checkout page as for express deliveries a charge will be applied.
Standard Free delivery is as follows
Small weight items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, Medium weight items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked , Large weight items are sent via Parcelforce 48 Hour
